Beginner to Advanced

We offer multiple Training Programs based off your goals. Group classes will utilize the Work Out of the Day and provide additional instruction for warm ups, cool downs, and accessory work. If you are traveling or can’t make it to the gym that day, CRC @ Home will provide you with programming with limited equipment. For those looking to take their training to the next level, CRC Compete offers a more comprehensive program for those looking to get into the sport of CrossFit. Additionally, CRC Lifting for those looking to focus on strength training and Olympic Weight Lifting.

Group Classes

Group classes will utilize the Workout of the Day (WOD).  These classes range from 10-15 people lead by a Certified CrossFit coach.  This coach will provide a warm ups and cool downs specifically aimed at the primary movements found throughout the WOD. The coach will walk through all movements, reps schemes, scaling (modifications), and intensity prior to each workout.  This instruction will be accompanied with a digital whiteboard (tv- for us fancy folks!) and videos will be available through the SugarWod app for additional support.  Our coaches are experts at modifying workouts to fit each athletes needs, skill level, or accommodate any previous injuries.
